Management Biographies

	Michael J. Zaccaro, Chief Executive Officer with twenty years experience in operations and development in the health care industry. He has been with the Company for six years and was Chief Operating Officer since 1999.  Previously he was Executive Vice President from August 1996. Mr. Zaccaro was Senior Vice President of Continuum Care Corporation and GWZ Development Corp. Previous to that, he was a Founding Partner and President of Athena Health Care Associates. Mr. Zaccaro has served as a Director for the Connecticut Association of Health Care Facilities for the past twelve years, eight of those years as an Executive Officer. He has served as a Director for three years for the Connecticut Assisted Living Association and as an Executive Officer (Vice President) for the past year.
	David B. Currie, has served as General Counsel/Senior Vice President since 1999. He served as Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Associate General Counsel of the Company from June 1998 to June 1999, and he served as Associate General Counsel of the company from March 1998 to June 1998. Prior to joining the company, he was associated with the Law firm of Choate, Hall & Stewart from September 1993 to March 1998, the law firm of Bacon & Wilson from December 1991 to September 1993, and the law firm of Hale and Dorr from September 1988 to December 1991.
