For Older Adults Who Require 24 hour-a-Day Nursing Care In some of the regional cluster markets served by CareMatrix, we provide extended care services within a skilled nursing community setting. Services include traditional long-term care for frail, older adults, many of whom have medical conditions that require continuing treatment, as well as transitional care and rehabilitation for residents who need therapy for a brief time following a hospital stay. Our skilled nursing communities provide around the clock health care and supervision to older adults with chronic, debilitating physical or memory disorders.
